JEECUP Counselling Round 2 Allotment Result
Joint Entrance Examination Council UP arranges the JEECUP Exam every year for admission to polytechnic diploma courses in various UP colleges. The result was published within just 10 days. After the result publication on 18th August 2023, the authority started the Counselling within a day.
The result of round 1 counselling was published already on 22nd August 2023. Now the choice filling of round 2 has been started. The candidates have to use their application number and password to sign in.The candidates have to complete their choice locking by August 26, 2023.

How can I register for JEECUP Round 2 Choice filling 2023?
Step 1:
Go to the official portal of JEECUP (Link Below)
Step 2:
You will find a ‘Candidate Activity Board’ section on the homepage. From all of the points mentioned there, search for the ‘ JEECUP Choice filling 2023’ option.
Step 3:
By ticking on the link, you will be shifted to the sign in page. Enter your registration number, security pin, and password to log into your account.
Step 4:
From the list of the given colleges, arrange your preferred colleges and courses chronologically and check very carefully.
Step 5:
After thoroughly checking the options, save them and finally submit them.

A page with your selected choices will be illustrated on the screen. Download it and take a few Xerox copies.
JEECUP Counselling 2023: Round 2 Detailed Counselling Process
Candidates who appeared for JEECUP 2023 are now participating in the Counselling Process to get into their preferred polytechnic colleges. The Counselling Process was started on August 18, 2023, and the Result of Round 1 Counselling was published on 22nd August 2023.

Step 1: JEECUP Online Registration
The candidates who want to join in the Counselling, have to register first. Enter your name, application number, password, and other necessary credentials and submit. Then fill out the rest of the registration form with the instructed information and submit it to register for JEECUP Counselling 2023.
Step 2: Counselling Fee Payment
Once you have successfully registered,sign into your account using your application number. You also need your password ( the one you set up while registering) and security pin. Now to complete the registration process, you need to pay Rs. 250 as a counselling fee.
Pay the amount with any of the options given including Net Banking, Debit Card, E challan etc. Once the fee payment is done you will receive a confirmation page. Download it and take a printout.
Step 3: JEECUP Choice Filling Process
After your fee payment is done you need to fill in the choices of your preferred colleges. On the official website, you will find a list with names of all the polytechnic colleges under JEECUP. Choose the colleges and courses you want and save them.
Please make sure to choose the preferred colleges chronologically, that means the college you want the most, should be at the top of your list. Fill out all the choices according to your preference.
After saving the options, look through the list carefully before finally submitting it. The candidates should be aware that the locked option can not be changed under any circumstances after final submission.
Step 4: Seat Allotment
After the choice filling date expires, the authority will check all the data and publish the seat allotment result on their site. The seat allotment depends on a few factors including the rank of the candidates, the popularity of a college, the number of seats available in that institute, the category of the candidate, and so on. The candidates who will get a college must pay Rs. 3000 as a security fee. This means that they accepted the seat. While admission in the college the fee will be adjusted with that.
Step 5: Document Verification
The candidates who have got a college in the seat allotment list, need to go to the allotted institution with their valid documents. They should take the original documents and xerox copies of those documents. The administrators will check the authenticity of the documents before finalising the seat for the candidates.
If the authority finds any discrepancy or invalid documents provided, the candidates will be barred. The candidates who won’t show up in the document verification round will be cancelled from taking part in the JEECUP Counselling 2023.
